Return Eligibility

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
Since Exalormart offers free shipping on orders, return shipping costs may still apply unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Process

Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
